My business Spanish courses are based on real practice.
I studied business at the University of Zaragoza, I did the marketing and market research specialization with the idea of working in a marketing or sales department of a company. Later I started working in a famous company in my city of Information Technology.
At the beginning I was working in the marketing and administration department. In the first few months I was making cold calling to companies to try to get appointments for my colleagues. The truth is that I was very good, got enough appointments and even some with quite relevant customers and that surprised some of my bosses.
I was quickly offered a job as account manager in the industry and services sector to sell technology solutions and manage my own clients.
Those first years were very exciting where I learned a lot.
In them I developed my negotiation skills, persuasion and learned the secrets of sales processes and how to manage large clients. This is not taught in any school, or any master or any book, this is learned with the day to day and facing real situations in which you have to give your best.
From 2008 to 2015, Spain experienced a very serious economic, financial and unemployment crisis. I’m not going to deny it, but those years were very hard at a commercial level, every opportunity, every order was a success with a lot of effort. I saw many businesses close and many people stayed on the street. There I learned to fight with adversity, to survive working hard and to think in an original way in business to survive and propose accessible solutions.
During this years I started to feel uncomfortable with some things that I considered unethical. I felt that I had to change my life for improve like a person and to experiment new sensation and feel that I can give more in other business with a more ethical point of view. And I felt that I had to try to be a enterpreteunor, I am full of ideas.
 After I left this company and I started to travel, this time I had to reinvent myself and I discovered that many successful businesses are based on working on your passion. So, I looked for my old passions when I was kid and create a blog about meteorology and weather stations that currently gives its benefits and I started to teach Spanish in different countries like France and Canada has allowed me to live traveling and enjoying with my work.
With all this, what I want to express to you is that apart from the language of business Spanish I will share with you my experience of how I did business management and how business is usually done in Spain and Latin America.

CHARACTERISTICS BUSINESS SPANISH COURSE 1ST LEVEL

First level of Business Spanish is destinated to students and professional with a minimun of level B1 or intermediate in Spanish.
In this course is going to see mainly the specific communication and resources that it is going to use in a professional environment in Spanish.
Other of the main targets is to learn how to survive in a work environment and how to increase the level of the communication in Spanish.
In the classes we are going to use a book that I´ll send you to your home after that your pay the course and we´ll follow the program planed.
Besides, thanks to the kind of methodology that I use mainly with focus to develop the oral communication and to listen you are going to practice how if it were a real situation.
The book is going to ve the tool that help us for follow a plan and with me thanks you to my experience of 12 years in companies I am going to teach you the points more newest and also points sociocultural and protocol that there are not in the books in Spanish business.
Also I am going to give you tips and share my experience in business and how to handle some kind of situations that I know.
The course is devided en 3 moduls with the differente topics we would see and which you can consult below.
*One thing importante: Although this course is 20 hours I can not to sure that we can finish all modules in this time. This depend en part of you and if we want to do focus o reforce other points or for example dedicate more time to do something you´ll need.

This course is for a sales professional aboard that they have a level at least of B2 in Spanish and they are going to work in the Spanish or Latin America market selling solutions, services, projects or products.
In this course we are going to check and improve your communicative skill in the Spanish for help you to sale more.
How I am going to do?
I have 10 years of experience like account manager in a IT company of Spain and 2 years like self-employment.
In this years, I´ve sold to big companies and middle companies services, products and projects brought a lot of business to the company. All this achievement I did with my skills, negotiating and communicating.
 For me, the points more important in a sell are the communication and the understanding the problems and pains of the customer. I mean, if there are not a dialogue It never is going to have a sell. For this reason, is important to know to control very good the communicative points and how to convict and encourage.
 My methodology of sales is based on consultative sale, this implies to know the implicit and explicit needed of the costumer and show up them through AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire y Action) process that we can help them with them problems.
In a world very competitive is very difficult to highlight. A salesman it is our ow to show up to the client a difference of our solution with a special speech that the customer understands perfectly.
